WARRANTY
Very important part of customer service as important as good quality wheel components themselfs. Everyone has
experienced bad warranty customer service at least ones in their lives. I’ve experienced that many time myself as
customer and also as my customer representative talking to manufacturers and explaining what went wrong and to
my understanding of engeenering more likely that was caused in production process resulting as bad feilure. That
was process of elimination going on for the years to find out who’s got great overall customer service no matter that
was pre sale, sale and specially warranty customer service. The situation was going up and down and many brands
learned that lesson over the years and developed really good support system for all their customers. Situation now
days looks really good so the list of brand I like to deal with is quite long :).
All bicycle components come with at least 1 year warranty, some leading brands like Shimano have 2 years for all
shimano components and 3 years for Dura Ace and XTR components, Chris King as most of you know already have 5
years warranty which is really impressive!
Regardless to what brand component you have leading time to process warranty is usually from couple of days to 2, 3
weeks if replacement part is in stock with certain supplier.
We all do not live in ideal world and if something goes wrong with one of the components please contact me so I can start warranty procedure for you asap.
